16 facts
These are the rules: Once you’ve been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 16 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 16 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it’s because I want to know more about you.
This is the one who tagged me (so thank her if you find this list boring or “ZOMG, I can’t believe these things are still running around!”)
1 - I love living in a city. I spent the first 20 years of my life living in a heavenly mountain village, and I couldn’t stand it.
2 - Every two months or so I cut my father’s hair.
3 - When I turned 25 I made the effort to be completely drunk for 3 days without puking or passing out (well, this seems more like a sad and miserable fact, but I assure you it was fun - even if I can’t remember most part of those 3 days).
4 - I eat my nails not because I like doing it, but because I find it more timesaving than cutting them.
5 - I have three somewhat big lumpy scars on my back. When people see them (at the beach, or at the pool), I say I got them in a freaky car accident (which isn’t true).
6 - I once survived a freaky car accident.
7 - Some years ago I bumped my head on a toilet bowl (long story - and no, I wasn’t drunk) and for some hours I suffered from anterograde amnesia (kinda like “Memento”, yes).
8 - I’m a social smoker, but I occasionally enjoy a smoke on my own (and I don’t know why, but when I do it I have to hide myself somewhere)
9 - I like spiders.
10 - I can’t stand mosquitoes. I’m totally horrified by them.
11 - I love being considered a nerd, or a otaku, even if I’m not.
12 - Before becoming a photographer I wanted to be a writer. Now people keep telling me how beautiful are the titles I give to the pictures I take (no word about the pictures themselves, though).
13 - If I don’t know something, 80 percent of the times I make it up on the spot. It’s not that I’m a liar, it’s that I feel sorry if I can’t answer someone’s questions. Problem is, 100 percent of the times of that 80 percent I sound perfectly believable and convincing (I count on people’s forgetfulness).
14 - I’m rather a penny-pincher, but when it comes to books I can spend like crazy.
15 - To fall asleep quickly, I imagine myself to be a safe, wrapped in iron chains, that endlessly drowns in a bottomless ocean.
16 - It’s eight years I’m in love with someone who is in love with me (and that’s the most amazing and funny thing I could ever conceive).
